Board of directors of Homex Design and Engineering Pvt. Ltd. represents a team of engineers and issues directions of strategies and policies required to achieve the goals and objectives of company or any specific project carried out by the company. The board of director’s delegate’s authority to Project Manager to implement the project in accordance with the policies and strategies formulated.

Advisory Board of Homex Design and Engineering Pvt. Ltd. represents a team of expert in various sector which advice the board of directors in time to time with their proficiency.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Managing Director of Homex Design and Engineering Pvt. Ltd. keeps whole and sole responsibilities of the entire project in hand of the company to bring it to the completion. He has got three wings to run the company smoothly by following the guidelines and decisions envisaged by the meeting of Board of Directors.
a) Administrative wing
b) Technical wing
c) Account wing
Any type of beneficiaries or losses of the company, staff’s welfare, and timely completion of the projects handled by the company, fund raising, staff management and liaison with other agencies go to Managing Director’s responsibility. Therefore his accountability determines the reputation and good will of the company which will be actual earning of the company. He provides necessary directions to key personnel to drive the company in the direction of Nation’s footsteps into the development playing dynamic and vital role on behalf of the company.

ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION

All the administrative activities like staff management, fund raising, policy implementation, rule and regulations of the firm come under the functions of this section. This section preserves the assets of the company with the help of the store management personnel, logistics personnel, receptionist and other personnel.
This department provides assistance to technical section for re-producing reports, documents etc. The responsibilities like correspondence with NGO, GON as well as private sectors, making the personal relation with different line agencies, procurement, assignment and marketing of the project come under administrative section.

TECHNICAL SECTION

Survey, investigation, design, drawing, estimation, construction, construction supervision, monitoring and evaluation, technical and environmental auditing, overall project management including quality assurance and timely completion of the project come under the functions of this department of the company with the help of optimal experienced key personnel by the policy of in-house recruitment or recruitment by hiring in case company lacks the staff for the proposed project. Technical personnel and Project Director provide inputs to Managing Director to help him answer the concern line agencies as regards the status and improvement of the running project. The Project Director is again helped by Team leader for proposed project, who ultimately becomes the project implementing personnel from the firm’s side. Team Leader supports Project Director providing monthly progress report. Team Leader dynamically supervises and monitors the projects at the sites to bring the project to fruitful achievement and reserves the vital role to keep good relationship with local people on the behalf the proposed project.

ACCOUNT SECTION

The account section is fully controlled by the Managing Director of Company. The budget release and expenses for the execution of different field of the activities of the company including the salary distribution comes under the responsibilities of Account section. The financial status of the company is fully controlled by this department. This department provides annual status of loss and profit account of the company and the project to Managing Director.
